Allan and Ione Smith
Arrow is a Christian owned, values driven business. We started Arrow in 2005 with the goal of helping Hong Kong families find good helpers. We also want to help Filipino families break free from poverty, by providing them with a good job, financial training, family support and teaching them about faith in God. We have lived in Hong Kong for more than 20 years, have 2 daughters, 1 grandson and a cat. Ione is in charge of finances at Arrow and works with Western clients. Allan is the general manager and sets the direction for our services. We love animals, coffee, technology (Allan), and serving people.
