2019 to 2022: She worked in Kuwait for a couple with four children aged 12, 7, 3, and a newborn. Her responsibilities primarily included childcare, cleaning, laundry, ironing, and cooking. She was the sole helper for the family. Her day began at 5 a.m. when she prepared breakfast for the family. After sending the children off to school, she took care of the infant, cleaned the house, fed the baby, and prepared lunch. She ensured the baby had a nap, fed the children lunch, played with them, and cleaned and fed them again when they returned home. She finished her contract.

2014-2018: She worked in Kuwait as a domestic worker for a working couple with 3 kids: newborn, 3, 5 y.o. Her duties focused on caring for the children. She helped the 2 older kids to get ready and off to school. She prepared their snacks after school, fed them and oversaw their homework, and played with them. She had a co-worker who did the cooking and shared the cleaning, while Liza focused on the children and cleaning. When the baby woke up she changed his diaper, bathed him, fed him. She talked and played with the baby. She carried the baby with her when she was awake, and did many of her chores while the baby slept. She finished a total of 3 y. 8 months. She didn’t finish the 2nd contract because her father in the Philippines passed away, and she went home to be with her family.

2007-2008: She worked in Singapore for a Singapore Chinese couple with 2 boys: 2, newborn. The madam was a housewife. Liza did all the housework, laundry, ironing, hand washing for the baby. The madam cared for the baby while Liza did chores, then gave the baby to Liza. She also played with the 2 y.o. boy, fed him 3+ meals a day. He hadn’t started school yet. She didn’t finish the contract because even though she had a small space in the house to sleep, the madam would get angry and make her sleep in the public hallway outside the apartment. Liza was 23 at the time. After a year she decided to resign and return to the Philippines.
