Choosing the right agency is as important as choosing the right helper. There are no perfect helpers and all helpers and employers will need to make adjustments to each other. Arrow helps customers as they adjust to and manage their helpers during the entire 2 year contract, making it much more likely that the helper will finish her contract successfully.

Ask us a question and we’ll try to get back to you within 24 hours. You can also email us or send us a what’sapp message.

Helpers pay no placement or recruitment fees. The medical examination is paid for by the employer. The only charge to a helper is the statutory commission of 10% of the first month's salary, as permitted under Hong Kong law. Arrow does not charge helpers for anything else. description
