When she started working for them the family lived in Lebanon. After 4 years they moved to Dubai for work, but returned to Lebanon every Christmas. Her duties included newborn care for all of the children, childcare, taking the kids to school, feeding them their meals, giving them baths, etc. She also did the housework, laundry, and ironing. She cooked 3 meals a day, prepared snacks for the kids and also did baking. The madam only occasionally helped out with the cooking. The family had one dog that she also cared for. She worked for a total of 9 years for this family.
Before going to the Middle East she was a restaurant cook in the Philippines.
