She helped the madam with baby care, feeding babies, bathing them, etc. The employer terminated the contract because she (grandma) had resigned her job and said she could no longer afford a helper.

2021: She worked in Hong Kong (Homantin) for 8 months for a couple with 3 kids:  twins 2 y.o., 6 month old bb. Her duties included infant care, toddler care, cooking, laundry, ironing, housework. She shared the duties with a co-worker. Mona went home for a leave but while in the Philippines she had trouble coming back to HK due to the pandemic and the employer terminated the contract immediately.

2018- 2020: Se worked in HK (TKO) for a Chinese couple with a 2 y.o. girl. Her duties included childcare, laundry, ironing, marketing, and cooking. When she started the baby was only 6 months. She did not renew because the family moved back to China due to the pandemic.

2016 - 2018: She worked in Saudi for a couple with 2 kids: 10, 9 y.o. Her duties included housework, laundry, ironing, and cooking. She got the children ready for school, prepared breakfast and lunch. Helped them get ready for bathes, etc. She finished her contract and was the only helper.
