Arrow Employment Services is a licensed employment agency in Hong Kong. We facilitate introductions between employers and foreign domestic helpers (FDHs) but are not a party to the Standard Employment Contract between the employer and the helper. All employment rights and obligations are governed by Hong Kong law and the official Standard Employment Contract issued by the Hong Kong SAR Government.

While we take reasonable steps to verify key information (such as identity, work history as declared by the candidate, and required medical clearances through our partner agency in the Philippines), certain personal details – including height, weight, appearance, and self‑described personality – are based on information provided by the helper and/or captured at the time of interview. These may change over time.

Arrow does not guarantee a helper’s future work performance, conduct, attitude, long‑term health, or continued physical appearance, and is not liable for loss or damage arising from changes in these personal attributes after the date of interview, photo or video recording, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law. Employers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own final video interview and satisfy themselves as to the helper’s current appearance, communication skills and suitability before confirming employment.
