以書面確認。
請她把通知以書面形式寫下並註明日期。這既保障雙方，也正式開始計算通知期。勞工處視透過短訊發出的通知為「正式」通知。越來越多的傭工會把辭職通知的副本交到入境事務處，因為她們不想僱主試圖施壓要她們改變主意。
檢查你的合約和權益。

立即開始尋找替代人選。

If your helper has just handed in her 30 days notice, you're probably feeling a mix of panic, anger, fear, or even relief. That's completely normal. You may want to ask her "Why?" and bargain with her to reconsider. But here's what most employers get wrong: once she gives notice, she will never take it back. Not after a raise offer, not after a heart-to-heart, not after you promise to change. The decision is made. In the vast majority of cases, the best you can hope for is that she agrees to stay longer, so a replacement can arrive.
So what should you do?

Confirm it in writing.
Ask her to put the notice in writing with the date. This protects both of you and starts the clock officially. The Labour Department considers notices given in text messages to be official.
Check your contract and entitlements.

Start your replacement search immediately.
The biggest mistake is waiting until week three. Good helpers take time to match — start now and you'll reduce the gap between helpers.
